✨ XennConvert — Professional Image Workstation, 100% Private

1. Acknowledgment & Enterprise Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XennConvert (the "Service"), a specialized client-side web application operated by XennCorp. By loading, accessing, or utilizing the Service, you signify your full, irrevocable acceptance of these corporate terms. If you do not agree entirely, you must discontinue your use of the application immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & License

XennCorp grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable global license to utilize our multi-format processing grid for both personal hobbyist and commercial enterprise use. However, the proprietary compilation of our visual systems, brand identities, and proprietary JS implementations remains the exclusive property of XennCorp. You are expressly prohibited from decompiling, scraping, or systematically extracting the application source code for the purpose of constructing a competing product.

3. Hardware Reliance & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is structurally designed as an "Edge-Computing" application, operating entirely within volatile local memory (RAM). XennCorp provides the Service completely "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE". We offer no warranties that the service will remain uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete browser architecture. Your conversion performance is strictly dictated by your local hardware capabilities.

4. Limitation of Corporate Liability

Because the Service performs operations exclusively within your local memory environment—without backend transmission—XennCorp accepts absolutely zero liability for any data loss, algorithmic file corruption, system crashing, or unexpected color-profile shifts resulting from your use of XennConvert. You are solely responsible for maintaining robust, redundant backups of all sensitive EXIF photos, raw vectors, and original corporate documents before initiating any processing sequence.

5. Fair Use & Software Limitations

While XennConvert operates locally, exploiting vulnerabilities within the browser interface to artificially inject oversized, malicious memory arrays (such as manipulated 8GB document structures) to crash the host application engine is strictly prohibited. XennCorp reserves the structural right to block access or deprecate service without formal notice.
