XennConvert is engineered by XennCorp under a strict "Privacy-First" architectural manifesto. Because our application is a 100% Client-Side Web App, your private files—including sensitive financial PDFs, raw vectors, and high-fidelity photographs—are never uploaded, transmitted, intercepted, or preserved on any external cloud server globally.
All graphical rasterization and memory allocation occurs exclusively within the isolated sandbox environment (volatile RAM) of your local browsing machine. Once the target browser tab is terminated, your localized session data evaporates permanently.
2. Information Collection (or Lack Thereof)
- Media Files: We do not log, view, analyze, pipeline, or compress your media remotely.
- Embedded Metadata (EXIF): Our platform actively strips sensitive geographic coordinates, timestamps, and DSLR camera specifications during conversion to guarantee your processed footprint remains anonymous.
- Contextual Tracking: We use no artificial intelligence heuristic scanners or machine learning models to identify what subjects exist inside your imagery.
3. Diagnostic Cookies and Local Storage
To deliver a premium UI environment, XennConvert may utilize fractional local browser caches (such as `localStorage` or `IndexedDB`) to remember generic preferences like "Dark Mode" triggers or your last used formatting setting. We categorically reject the implementation of third-party marketing trackers, invasive advertising SDKs, or cross-domain tracking pixels.
4. GDPR, CCPA, and International Sovereignty
XennCorp's engineering topology makes us implicitly compliant with the structural frameworks of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by default. Because we do not physically transmit or hold your media on corporate servers, we cannot legally supply you with your data under "Right to Access" requests, nor can we delete it from our servers under a "Right to be Forgotten" mandate—because we simply never possessed it.
5. Subpoenas and Legal Transparency
Because there are no centralized databases preserving user processing streams, XennCorp fundamentally cannot surrender logs, conversion histories, or personal media files to law enforcement agencies or international subpoenas. The data does not exist outside your own hardware.
